Microphone (Audio Record)
We request microphone access so that you can speak directly to SNAI and use hands-free voice commands.
Speaker / Audio Output
We use audio output so that SNAI can speak back to you and you can hear Coach Santosh Nair's advisory responses.
SMS Verification
We request SMS permissions strictly to securely auto-verify your phone number using OTPs during login and registration. We do not read your personal text messages.
3. Permissions We DO NOT Request
We respect your privacy boundaries. SNAI does not request, access, or collect data from your device's Camera or Photo Gallery.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We believe in strict data minimalism and protecting inactive users:
- If you do not maintain an active subscription for a continuous period of 3 months (90 days), all of your user data, chat history, voice logs, and personal information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
- If you wish to use SNAI again after this 3-month period, you will need to create a brand new account and verify your phone number again.

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your interactions with the SNAI chatbot, provide professional mentorship, and ensure secure authentication. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
